I am curling 20lb dumbells for sets of 50 and they told me to start doing non weighted arm curls this week with a goal of bands the following I was doing bands for sets of 100 a few weeks ago. I did not lose much strength. I have a lot of muscle memory. Regaining strength is a non-issue just working on overhead flexibility more. I even started to add back weight this last week

225lbs for the last 23 years, still 220 now without training

Looks like your muscle memory has dementia...

I am 47 years old if I can maintain anything close to 225lbs in condition that is great. I am 217lbs this morning on empty. I am averaging a few hundred reps a day

It's almost as if you don't know the meaning of the words you use? Does stopping something exclude you from starting it again? This is why I am looking forward to Law School people will understand the words they use.

I am also injecting BPC-157 directly into my injury daily in addition to hormonal support. I have been doing hundreds of reps or band work a day for weeks plus a half hour a day of static isometric flexing. I also have 30 years of weightlifting muscle memory. I don't need to rehab to get regular strength back I already have regular strength I never lost it.

I am still working on flexibility in overhead movements but the strength never left. I don't need to rehab the other muscles they are still there. I even started putting weight back on this last week.

Still waiting on the video of this magical overhead external rotation exercise

Your overhead movements suck ass....your mobility is atrocious.  I have 60yo patients with better mobility.
