New dumbbell pressing technique !

Has anyone tried this new variation of incline dumbbell presses @9:20. How did it work? ???

Yes many times over the years. Works ok if dumbbells fit good and you don’t crush your knuckles.

That’s not really a variation. It’s just putting one dumbbell on top of the other.
