Molesting Kids in Idaho Now Punishable by Death

Idaho is not the first state to enact this. Apparently, the SC views death for molestation as a violation of the 8th amendment. This was an interesting read:

I’m not really opposed to it but I have to say, whether a molester rots in prison for life or is executed by the state—doesn’t make a difference to me.

Some people and prisoners fear death more while others don’t.

It is meant as a deterrent for those people who do.

It may also make it clear that if you go to certain states you can expect harsher penalties in general.
