Charles Clairmonte and even Ed Kawak both had great arms and deserve mentioning. I actually saw Preist in Venice when his arms were looking like that, the striations on his biceps were like the lines on tennis balls unbelievably thick, but obviously they are also very short. But density and detail he stands alone.
