Nah I said not including waist. Dave's muscle was also distorted by oil, terrible lumps all over. Far as I could tell his legs were the best part, particularly hams and inner thighs, good mass. Less real muscle would not have helped him in any way. I can't think of a single example where more real muscle hurt a competitor.
hahah no such fucking thing, all muscles are are fibres expamded and filled with water, the more drugs and water retention the bigger the muscle, all these pros are only that big because of insulin gh and growth and water retention due to high test

once you have been through pubery you never get any more muscle fibres that you have at that point, all you can do is expand and stretch the fibres you have.

big muscles are all and illusion
take any pro, take them off drugs and all the shite they eat and stop training, they will be back where they started in less than a year
