They have great Asian restaurants in Houston...  As a funny aside... Asian cuisine has been adopted by the local Latino population and they have made it their own.  Every Teppanyaki chef you see in Houston is a Latino.

By the by, I did get a job in Moscow but I got fired within one month

In the shitsa bipolar is a legit disability and you can collect disability for it there

And as much as I fucking hate to admit this I make sure to drink enough milk to hit the "leucine threshold" ie. 2.5 grams of leucine per feeding

I hate being controlled and following others 🤬🤬🤬

Blakely told that shit don't matter and as long as you get enough protein throughout the day you are cool

I got a feeling I could get by on 100 grams of protein or less and lose zero size while continuing to get stronger

Blakely claims he got by on 80 grams of protein daily and he was nearly 3 bills benching near 700 pounds equipped

I'm a buck 58 I was a buck last week

Gotta be careful with this as I know I can make weight from a buck 57 I'm pretty sure I still can from a buck 60 buck 62 is probably my limit so I can only gain another 2-4

If I load squats heavier it may add leg mass which will not do jack fucking shit for curling and benching

Will most likely not go over 110 or 50 kg for 6 maybe I could go to a buck 35, maybe.....

I’ll fast until the afternoon.

Then I’ll eat a bowl of chicken breast, Japanese Sweet Potato or white rice (chicken stock stirred in the rice) and broccoli (if I have any).

Some days I’ll snack on seaweed sheets… I will also sometimes eat 2-3 dates, 1-2 kiwis, bowl of blueberries, or a few spoonfuls of pomegranate.

I used to eat more fats…eggs, coconut oil, avocado…but lately I’ve just been eating lower protein and then sweet potato or rice…and i feel better and my body seems to be reacting very well. I took a break from eggs for about a week…and then when I had them the other day I became very bloated and felt horrible. Same it seems for fruit. I’ve taken a little break from them and I feel better and bloating has reduced. Not quite sure yet…

I also will eat 2 Hersheys miniature bars and 1 Reeses cup if I ever get a craving for candy…maybe 1-2x week. I found this has helped me mentally avoid wanting to binge and i don’t feel deprived. I also stopped having a cheat day. It was too many calories for my body to recover from and has helped me not have cravings the days after. Ive also been having refeed days instead of cheat days, and my body reacts much better.

I think paying attention to my true hunger cues and not allowing myself to become ravenous has been helpful if preventing binging. And I’ve realized my body doesn’t do well on fasts longer than 24 hours. Some days I would only eat 1x in morning and not feel hungry rest of the day…but then the following day I will feel like garbage.

The higher carbs with low fat (for now) also seems to be helping with controlling cravings and not getting overly hungry in the mornings before I break my fast in afternoon. Getting to sleep at same time every night helps my control my diet as well.

That meal is nearly perfect, all that's neeed as an add on would be some fresh berries

Low fats is very new for me. I’ve always done lower carb, higher fat, moderate protein…and I gotta say I feel a lot better on just the protein and carbs.

Weight has been steadily dropping, I’m able to fast longer like I used to, and my cravings have been gone for candy and pizza. I’m trying to really approach hunger and cravings differently. The stress of resisting a candy bar or cookie seems to be worse for me and does more damage mentally to me vs just eating a cookie or 2 mini Hershey bars. Maybe 2x a week, if I want some candy, I’ll just eat 2 mini Hershey bars and 1 Reese’s cup. Or if someone offers me a fresh baked cookie, and if I really want one, I’ll eat it, or just half of it. But I don’t plan on these.

I notice such a better difference in how I feel just sticking to my basic boring diet. I love the foods I eat. Grilled chicken with jasmine rice, salt, and chicken broth are delicious.

 For me, the few minutes of pleasure when eating a bunch of candy is nothing compared to feeling better all week.

I’ve also looked at foods as “yes I can eat them any time, but do I really want to?”

And having a clean refeed day for me feels so much better vs pizza, donuts, candy, and cookies all day.

i tried the sugar diet but I wasn’t able to satisfy my hunger. I couldn’t eat enough and I would get hungry minutes after eating. Never could feel full.

If you ain't in a calorie deficit you ain't gonna lose weight

What's interesting about that diet is they go really low protein so I'm curious if you can do that and not lose muscle

Im almost always eat low carb or no carb. When I start to slim down too much I'll add in some carbs at lunch or dinner and schedule more cheat days.

Normally I don't do cheat days, because they are hard to control. Usually once any diet is broken with a cheat day, it starts to become easier and easier to eat junk food. But nonetheless,  when I start dropping too much weight, I'll plan a cheat day here and there and pig out on pizza.

Otherwise its usually cashew milk & heavy cream, hamburger, tuna with mayo, occasionally steak or lamb chops and salad with full fat dressing. Sometimes I'll add shrimp to the salad. So my diet is generally moderate protein,  high fat and low/no carb.
