How goes the recovery big man?

Doing pretty good brother..............som e burning issues in the stomach but it seems to be dissipating............t he  scar hurts a bit, but is healing up nicely.

Not supposed to lift anything heavier than a gallon of milk which was always about the usual poundage I trained with on every exercise so that`s cool.   

A 6 month recovery period sucks, but I had no drain and no colostomy bag so that`s a plus....I`m just glad to still be alive cuz it was not looking good for me for a while........I was on life support twice.
