after being really ill since unofficially october but officially april I had my first session back since April today.

Hammer parallel pulldown 2 sets
Seated hammer row 3 sets
fixed chest t-bar 2 sets
shrugs 3 sets
facepulls 2 sets
hyperextensions 2 sets

its going to be. along road back but first one out of the way.

lateral raises - warmups the 4x12x14kg (this is where the shoulder issues really show(
bent over laterals 4x15x20kg
concentration curls 3x8x30kg (about all I can manage without the shoulder feeling like it's separating)
single dumbell skull crushers 3x15x63kg -
weighted crunches - 3x15

that was friday, about all I did saturday was exercise with my staffy cross in between periods of shite weather.
Which is the bulk of what I do - the above alternated with the other work I posted with a day or two in between

today was chest biceps forearms

pec flyes- 2 sets
incline plate loader 3 sets
hammer incline seated 2sets
dip machine plate loaded 3 sets

dumbell curl 2 sets
low cable single curl 2 sets
preacher 2 sets

new gym has a forearm machine great fun

wrist curl 3 x 20
reverse wrist curl- 2 x 15
weird handle twist thing 2 sets

baby weights but good sweat

flooded with endorphins

A stupid hobby to pay for like BJJ.   You carry a heavy ruck pack for a lot of hours and walk a ton of miles and carry a lot of Heavy S the entire time.

high leg press 3 sets 30 light as hell but getting the muscles firing up

standing calf raise- slow no weight 2 x 30
toe press- 3 x 20
seated calf 3 x 20

Shoulders and fast paced shoulder circuit.  A lot of military press, supersets and drop sets of laterals shrugs, etc  , KB swings, bands, etc.
