London is full of gays and if you've worked there for any appreciable length of time, like I have, sooner or later you will have an encounter where a nice homosexual man will get handsy with you. I don't mean grope you necessarily, more like he will find a way to put his hands on you, like brush your shoulder, or touch your arm or something similar.
The stories about Spacey struck me as him taking it to the nth degree.
And it's no surprise that he's lived in London for decades, either.
