The postion gunter is in shows the maximum peak of the biceps, look at arnold pics and you'll notice the same thing when he is in a similar pose.

Cutler's arms aren't smaller than Jackson's. You must be mistaking. Dexter's own site list them as being like 21 inches and Jay's site list his arms as 22 and a half I believe. Jay has the most underrated arms in the whole IFBB. They are massive all around. He has full peaked biceps.

I beleive it was in 2003 or 2004 when Jay said that, it was the year Dex blew up in size, most notably his arms. In Dex's video from Muscletime his arms are huge, but footage from back stage at the SHawn Ray Muscle camp at the O, Jay's arms looked a tad bigger than Dex's.

Jay Cutlers biceps have absolutely no cut, definition or vascularity (synthol?), there's no way his arms are top ten material.
His triceps are decent though, but Mustafa's are 41657964 times better.

Dexs arms are amongst the most unsymmetrical in the IFBB. OK, if his biggest arm is 21" then the other is around 19.5" because there is a BIG difference between them!

Jays arms have always been phenomenal, i agree about them being underrated.
