Yeah, and no one is watching what the chickens or cows eat to verify the claims. There have been several companies exposed just packaging regular beef or chicken with a different label.

If you buy from a large chain store you would need to provide certification and renew. There is zero chance a chain store would buy without it or let it lapse, we always have to provide certifications.
However, it's the small stores or direct sellers who have a slim chance of being audited and that's where i would imagine the dodginess is....... But look at the supplement industry....... Does it really matter what one claims?
