1. Could he be the #1 most revolting and horrifying former pro bodybuilder of all time?
2. Will his recent photos be used as reference photos for warnings to other bodybuilders of what the worst case scenario could be for them?
3. We are all aware of the horrendous disease Palumboism. Do these recent photos of Kamali show a new disease never seen before? Or perhaps a new strain/variant of Palumboism? Could this new disease or strain/variant be worse than the current form of Palumboism that exists now?

I would put Palumbo at #1. Queen Tamali is beautiful (no homo) compared to the jumbo turd.
