Did some intramural boxing in college. It's all about speed- power is secondary. The biggest guys were the slowest.

I gave it up when I literally couldn't see some of those punches coming- some guys are ridiculously quick.

well. Truth with modification. You need size/strength in the right specific muscle it takes to deliver a hard punch. Abundant muscles all over mostly just requires oxygen.

But never the less size has meaning otherwise there wouldn't be weightclasses and this middlewieght would get absolutely destroyed first round with the top heavyweigths

In that fight you can tell Vitally was high on coke. And he was shit scared of Larry. But to his credit, he was hyped up and went in hard. Larry was the better fighter. He should have carried on with one arm and he still could have knocked that little  Vitally bitch out.

Sure, you can look at it that way. But what do you think of men fighting for sport (ego)? On the one hand it's retarded to risk any hits to the head especially, but on the other there have been many 'philosophical' arguments made in favor of it as well. Men fight. I don't fight so I'm not very masculine, just saying. And certain risk taking is masculine biologically.

Any sport where people get intentionally hit in the head should be banned. I think judo is a better option although it's also dangerous in other ways.

If I was a young guy now I'd try that BJJ stuff to see if I liked it. Causes ugly ears though. That Gordon Ryan looks like a monster. I've heard the claim that wrestlers train the hardest out of all the sports and that could be beneficial mentally for a kid.

Judo is superior to butt scooting, it will never go out of style.

Wrestling training is brutal I did it as a teenager but went with other sports later. The mental toughness it builds and ability on the floor is why so many wrestlers succeeds in MMA and UFC. Even though BJJ is obviously better for taking someone out in a MMA match with the chokes and single joint isolation etc which wrestling obviously doesn't allow/teach.

I have seen a few of Mikey Musamechis fights lately, I hope he doesnt try MMA, he will get royally fucked up.
His entire technique is lying on his back in front of his opponent and the ref makes his opponent come and engage.
He tries that in MMA he will get kicked around the ring or the ref will stand him up

I forget why I quit wrestling pretty early when I tried it, but even for a short time it was beneficial to try as a HS. I didn’t try until I was Junior or Senior in HS.

I only did one meet against another school and they had me wrestle against a freshman or sophomore and I lost. I held my own though and didn’t embarrass myself at all.

My friend, who later died in a car accident, was the star and he was the one that showed me the best lessons.. not the coach.

The coaches taught the basics of offense and defense, but my friend taught me hand control and how balance works.

My one boxing match I did have I did actually win when then the guy tapped after a couple shots to the face. Although I am no fighter, with boxing I knew the basics better. The other guy didn't understand the concept of a jab and walked into enough where he knew he was going to get hurt in time.

Seems like he doesn't have a care in the world wrt money, no attempt to protect anything for example with the marriage. Strange that this streaming thing pays so much he could buy luxury car gifts to her and so on. When it was over his buddy said he had to go make up with her but he said it was impossible and "I have to take care of her still." Perhaps something happened where he had to pay her off. Just speculation.

Imagine being a woman alone with him when he rages and has a meltdown. Full of tren and perhaps crack (he said tren is worse than crack) or who knows what else.
