Suppoesedly he won't be working the streets & will be more involved in recruitment duties from what i've been reading.However, what if he did patrol the streets?
Lets say thet he actually pulled over a person for speeding ok.Now, once he gives the offender a speeding ticket does that person also have to give Lou $20 because Lou has to sign that ticket???
