Just started my first cycle yesterday...

Yesterday I took my first injection of Cyp and plan on taking 500mg for 12 weeks.  I have Nolvadex for PCT but am unsure of the dosage/length of use/and when to start.  Also, alot of the posts that I have been reading regarding "first cycles" - written by those that seem knowledgable - all say that HCG should be taken during the cycle.  I am wondering if that is neccessary for my cycle.

I'd take the Nolva about ten days after your last shot. Then I start with 40mgs a day for two weeks & then 20mgs a day for two weeks.

Start your PCT 3wks after last injection.
wk 1 40mg ed
wk 2 30mg ed
wk 3 20mg ed

You can get away without the hcg in this cycle but it wouldn't hurt anything taking it.

For a newbie cycle of 500MG Test ew, the HCG is not necessary...

I'd keep the Nolvadex handy though.  20-50MG ed for 2-4 weeks for PCT is standard.
