HardBody Radio has two shows under it's belt and the third show will be this Sunday, May 28th. Tune in every Sunday at 3:05 PST.
The May 28th show will feature Valerie Waugaman who is one of the hottest names in Figure. She's currently on the cover of Muscle & Fitness Hers and was on the cover of FLEX magazine's swimsuit issue.

More interesting though is her take on what went wrong with women's bodybuilding and her strong displeasure for Iris Kyle. Lenda points the finger directly at the promoter, Wayne Demillia for the decline of women's bodybuilding.
