milos man u are hard to get to...but i think u know your s...t through and through...what do u charge for training an athlete for a show and details

LOL....I think he gets like $350-$400.00 per hr. which is absolutly absurd. I'd lke to know how those prices are justified!!!!

Guys i tell you!! the 1 hr i spent with Milos 3 weeks from the 2005 NY pro show was incredible!! what i learnt in that 1 hr more than i had learnt in 10 yrs of BB!!!  Trust me!!! go and meet with him!!! Yes calling the gym or PM on his forum is the best way to contact him!

It'sjust weird though as a bodybuilder and having done contests you think you are doing everything everyone else is doing and want the edge...how does milos go about helping you? Do tell him what kind of look your wanting to go for,problems then he tries techniques? I'm  interested actually,  but I ust  don't know what to expect?

You don't tell Milos or any other contest expert what look you want. They tell you by analizing your genetic structure. You are right. 99% of Pro's can get the avergage person in great shape and even help BB's get into shape, but its the tiny little things that at this professional level can make the difference between walking home with nothing or driving how with a cheque.

How do you think things are going for you Luke honestly. I am a big fan, but it seemed at a couple of your last outings you have struggled to maintain conditioning you have had a couple of weeks out?
