Mitsuru Okabe has the experience, the depth and the knowledge, and has done a number of DVD's which have been great. Muscletime's crew also has good DVD's, but Mitsuru is very dedicated. He even went to this weekend's NPC Jr. Cal just to support and say hello, even when he didnt need to shoot or work it.

the people from Muscletime "observing" Dexter's workouts in his dvd sounded really gay

I like Mits better - plus his dvds are a lot longer

mits is a good guy...he filmed a segment of battle for the o at our gym...hung out for a while and talked to everyone afterwards.

Not only that but they seem a bit more informative, more personal, and more entertaining. Although the length that it takes to release his videos are a bit ridiculous it is well worth it.  8)
