I went to pick up some Leucine, but grabbed the wrong thing and got Lysine. What are Lysine's benefits? 
1. If you have herpes, it helps prevent and/or minimizes the severity of a breakout.
2. It cancels out Arginine if taken together.
If taken for specific reasons (i.e. Arginine for better erections), aminos should be taken seperately on an empty stomach.
