He did win the Olympia - twice, in fact. In 1977 and 78, he won the heavyweight class but lost the overall to Zane.

Robby also won the overall in the inaugural Masters Olympia contest in 1994, and took 1st in the Masters O 50+ division in 1997 and 2000.
It's interesting to note that Robby, like a few other old-timers, has a competitive record spanning
four decades, beginning in 1974 and his last contest was in 2001. That's longevity!
