Ecdysterone and HMB?

Has anyone tried HMB and Ecdysterone? Does it work and is worth the money?

HMB is awesome. I put on approxamately 15 lbs of muscle....

Oh wait no thats right I lost 2 lbs out of my wallet cuz that stuff was expensive and did nothing.

Bill Phillip will tell you this stuff is as potent as Deca or Dbol but the other 99.9 % of the people will say crap!
