Forget about what you like and eat what is necessary. You're not trying to discover what foods taste better then others. Not saying you have to eat what completely grosses you out, there are plenty of things that you can mix and match to help break some monotony. But in the end, if you are serious about your diet, then you will do whatever is necessary.
Start picturing food as a means to an end, not a means of satisfying cravings.
