Random things that make you fell like a GetBigger!!!!

What are some random things that happen in life that make you realize that you are a fuggin beast of beast !!!

Me, I was doing abs and noticed that the gym purchased an ab roller like pictured below....
I went on it and the thing broke...a guy watched the whole thing was was like ..YOUR A BEAST!!! ARRGHGHH

I look for people at the gym who have less experience or physical strength than me. [Not that they're easy to find.] Then as they're leaving, I stick my head out the window and chant "Hercu-LEES! Hercu-LEES!"

People look at me like I'm a dumb asshole. But we know better.  ;)

I was visiting my mom the other day and she made me a sandwich. Actually forced me a sandwich. Anyway I told her the ham was brutal and the the super market who sold it to her owned them!

I noticed i tend to get the urge to own people and call out meltdown when someone starts whining ;D I guess i have been using getbig terminology more lately and also telling friends some of the funny stories about people here and the pros.

Meltdown, Brutal & Monster are part of my and my kids everyday vocabulary now.  Just yesterday my wife was on the phone fired up over some couch that was supposed to be delivered like 2 months ago and is still not here.  My 4yr old looked at me and said "meltdown".

I also seem to be using the "_____ as the day is long" a lot...LOL.

I was talking to these dudes at the gym, and I asked if they read the stuff on GetBig , they said yeah but they dont post.... then i was like , you remember Jaejonna...one guy was like ...he is a Cormier Groupie and all started laughing,,, so when the same guy was maxing out his bench ...I forgot to spot him properly...

."SPOT!!, SPOT !!! , I SAID SPOTTT GODDAMMIT SPOT!!! ...


hehehehhe payback b iatch!!!

there are lots of shitty equipment that a commercial Gym shouldn't have in the first place. The Ab roller is one of them. That piece of shiiite is a waste of time. I get better result from an Ab machine.

I don't train abs hardly at all, but i used one for like 20 reps and was sore as hell.

Lately when I bitch about someone at work, I start it off with "Oh brother, I bet he's the kind of guy who.....etc. etc." and finish it off with a nice "gayer than" analogy.
