I am currently recovering from a semi-aneroxic state. Actually, coined exercise nervousa where I couldnt go a day without some sort of activity. This coupled with what I thought was a good diet of 6-7 meals a day, leaving me stuffed, but extremely calorically insufficient. Cardio was up to 45 mins in the am before breakfast and then train for an hour in the pm.....I have since seeked therapy, revamped my routine and designed a new diet.
