Some say that if I do AM cardio, even if it's mild, very mild, and trying to bulk up cleanly that one should have a protein/fat meal FIRST instead of a pro carb meal....so, today I switched my normal meal of

2 scoops whey
1/2 cup egg beaters and skim

1.5 teaspoons flax
1/2 cup egg beaters
1 scoop whey
1/2 cup skim and 2-3 almonds for flavor....what is the difference other than now I am hungry again, 1 hr later and I dont feel as bloated? Which is better? Is this shake better than a muscle milk shake?
