most strict rule of the highland games is that EVERY thrower must be in a kilt, no exceptions....seen people role up a table cloth and put a belt around um so they could throw lol
should be a fun time, one of the few things out there that is still about the athletes and crowd rather than making a buck off people wanting to compete
the comp is free, you get a free tshirt, free food, no membership fees dues or whatever lol dont get much better
