training is going great i can pick up loads more already feeling string, though the day after god!!! i feel like ive been in a cage fight with chuck liddell, i eat 1 pound of protein per pound of bodyweight, take creatine, all my nutrition but still find it hard to move the day after?

all im taking is 250mg test eth a week
250mg eq a week

why and i suddenly aching so bad?

hehehehe. . .you said you pick up loads. . .hehehehe.  And you eat a pound of protein per pound of body weight?  Holy shit.  That's alot of protein!  So, for me, I would have to eat 215 pounds of chicken a day.  Damn, thats alot of chicken.  Do you have a commercial meat locker where you store your protein?

thats the fun part thats the only way to get big.Dont think about the aches.... just bust out your workouts

Just couldn't resist that one.  Sorry.  Recover actually requires more carbs than protein.  Try to eat carbs plus protein from whole food sources within that "Golden Hour"--the hour immediately after your workout.  Replentish your glycogen stores asap and you'll be surprised at how much better you feel and the gains you will make.

Whatever you do, don't become a "cycle warrior." This is the guy who pushes himself when on and sits on his ass when he's off. Every gym has these guys and you can spot them a mile away.

very important point dude...well said.

maybe you ache a little from the combo of test and eq together...ie: test/ eq flu......do you hurt the day after your shots...or everyday?
