Strength of Mike Francois - any info?
« on: July 24, 2006, 06:44:36 AM »
I've always heard that Mike Francois was incredibly strong.  He had the nickname
the "Ohio Hercules" for his phenomenal strength.  Does anyone have info on his lifting abilities and the kind of weights he would move?  I know he was especially strong on squats.  I'm sure old Flex or Muscle & Fitness articles on him must have talked about this

Trevor Smith inclined 755lbs. on a smith machine. Not saying that Francois couldn't do those numbers, I am doubtful though. If anyone has pics or videos that'd be cool.

Okay let me rephrase this NO competitive bodybuilder can incline barbell benchpress ( not on the smith machine ) 675lbs for 12 reps and if you have proof to the contrary please provide it  ;) and I'm not stuck at 2 reps at 135lbs I'm stuck at 3  :P
