Its for real. At golds in kennewick washington...at least 50 guys were watching. I looked like i do today in my pic......I think my arms were only 19" back then.

Woah, with his set-up I thought this was going to be another ass lift , with spotter rowing the weight up. But that was a VERY clean lift.

He only lifted his ass a little off the bench. And controlled it down. No stop though, but as he's not competing he doesn't need to.

Is possible, I've seen smaller guys pushing 180kg for reps. Remember that the bar is about 2.2 mtrs, making a comparising between the bar and the dude, he must be tall and so weighing over 220.

I use to think that Alex was funny, now he is becoming very annoying. You can't talk crap every minute and not at some point back it up. Mike Avilla stepped up big time and earned the respect of many.

I suspect that Alex isn't willing to make that commitment...yet he keeps on talking
