WINE OR VODKA

guys,
i party on weekends and just started ve some RED WINE but i noticed that next day i get head aches ...
i do ve a lot of water when on wine 2...
i also feel that my joints ache and my muscle shrink in size...

before this i used to have vodka with sprite soda.. but when i read that wine has 14% alcohol and vodka has 40% is switched to WINe..

There are some pills that you can take before you start drinking that will make it so you don't feel like shit the next day.  That way you can drink what you like ( in my case Jack and Coke ).  If I don't take the pills I feel the same as you.

i also make it a point to have a snack and pop a B COMPLEX 1 hr b4 drinking...

Drink lots of water to prevent dehydration too!!!

Ketel one is my drink. If you get a headache the next day, take 1 or 10 vicodin.

Could be a multitude of things, but sounds like a hydration issue in your case.  You're probably not drinking nearly as much H2O as you think.

I used to drink lots of beer. Now I drink vodka Redbull. Before I drink I eat 2 oranges and a pill of E vitamine. Oranges provide you for glyco and B vitamines as well as potassium. After drink alcohol I drink a cup of orange juice, 3 chocalte cookies and 1g of aspirine. Again, antioxidants are very important, as well as carbon hydrates to refuel your liver. If possible, take also 2 pills of legalon and zma! good luck!

yeah none of the above but if you choose, drink then drink water, drink then drink water, before drinking take 5000mgs of vit c.
You will notice if your body is more hydrated before drinking the buzz is diffrent, if your dehydrated it's more of a headache blood going in the brain pump, like when you drink outside.

Stay hydrated to stay lubricated  ;)

haha wtf... sounds like you got a whole picnic basket with you everytime you go out to have a drink

  So many remedies.  :D I say wine for the weektime, and booze on the weekend. If you go the wine route try to purchase some nice Siciclian table wine. There is a difference. Look on the bottle towards the bottom of the label and you will see some words you either understand or not, denominaze di originata controllota, denominaze di originata, or internaciolone geographica tipica. From first to last means top to bottom as far as standards when being produced and laws for winemaking in Italy. But the point is the IGT (simple table wine usually drank at all suppers) is very light and still rich in flavor so you can drink get a sweet buzz and not get a hangover at all. Enjoy. Fri and Sat= Bushmills Black label w/ a splash of coke, and white label or Jameson for shooters!! ;D

i want to know that when ever i drink any thing mayb vodka or wine i often run to the loo to piss .. though i have water too...
whys this ,is my body throwing out the alcohol???


what i ve thought is to tak 500 mg vit C    b4 drinks  then when homw 1 b complex.. how that?
