What kind of PCT

is the best for me ive only used nolvi and clomid at the end of an easy cycle of test and deca and it was low dose at that now im doing

250mg of Test E mon and thurs
100mg of Test Prop eod
300mg of Equipoise mon and thurs
50mg of winstrol every day


what would be a good pct for this ive been on a little over 10 weeks of the test and eq  but only 4 weeks of the winny    im not too knowledgable on pct so i need some advise guys

1) proviron 1 a day for 6 weeks
2) gonasi 5000 or similar 1 a week, same time of the day for 6 weeks ( 2 boxes)
3) nolvadex 1 a day for 6 weeks
4) legalon ( or the equivalent in your country) to protect the liver...actually you should have taken it from the beginning

always good to be safer

I bet this has been a good cycle, I love doing prop and Enth or cyp together.

Last month of cycle just switch to prop. (I like longer cycles so consider this part of PCT)  Start the nolva a week prior to last shot (20mg ED for the next 6 weeks) 

Same day as last shot shoot 1,500mg HCG.
Then E4D shoot 1500 mg HCG for a total of 5 HCG doses.

If you want and this is optional run 50 mg ED clomid one week after last HCG shot. Run it for 2 weeks if you choose to.

^Concur.  For your next cycle (because we all know there will be one  , consider hcg throughout the cycle at 500IU every 5 days.  Why let your testicular cells die and then have to try to salvage at the end when you can protect them throughout the cycle?

see i just thought that doin a low dose of pct durin cycle was just to prevent problems

so i should order the 5000iu kit of hcg and some nolvi  how much should i take and how long do i take it cause i was told the last pct to do was like this

3 nolvi a day for 5 days then
2 nolvi a day for 5 days and thats it for nolvi


also at the same time as the nolvi do the clomid  same time as follows

2 clomid a day for 7 days then
1 clomid a day for 5 days and thats it for the pct

I laid out your PCT above, if you want to do something else thats your choice.

you are almost 1k test a week, so you prettey need HCG,
the usual protocol is to inject 1500-3000 ius every 4th ot 5th day, for a duration usually no longer than 2 or 3 weeks,
if you were coming off a cycle  of test e, test level in your blood   will likely stay ekevated  for at least   3tp 4 weeks after your last injection , taking hcg on the day  of your last shot would therefore be  useless.
