All of them won their National Shows to Qualify.  Atwood and Peletier actually won a Pro Show as well. (Yes Peletier did actually win a Pro Show).  They earned the right to be pros

didn't Dan laurie just start up the WBBG or something?  The guy who used to run the mr. Olympus?  Wouldn't it be in his best interest to jump on this?  EVeryone knows about the PDI so it already has name recognition and everyone in BB knows about the NOC so he's got a marquee show...plus, he'd be able to snatch up some guys who have pro level physiques who are basically out of work now like Rodney St. Cloud and Sami......

Cancer is an age related illness and Wayne is one of the less fortunate to get it young.  It's really sad to hear this news, and I really hope that no one who is against the PDI was happy to hear it.

Dan allowed Doug Going to use his name to promote a show in Portland Maine, and it was a disaster.

Dan is 84 and retired.
