Most products on the market are not designed for only males.  Just about anything that works for us can work for them.  I have had some women expeirence discomfort on yohimbine, so maybe avoiding those if anything.  Also find out what if any meds she is on, some stimulant based fat burners are not to be mixed with certain meds.  Wish you girl good luck on her effort to lose fat. :)

IF you don't want something with loads of caffiene then I recommend Lipodrene.  It has lots of ephedra (25mg per pill ), but only 12.5 mg of caffiene.  I highly recommend it, as it will make cardio easier since the ephedra helps to open your circulation system up.  Plus I have noticed that I don't crash on it.  I would recommend putting her on a stair machine for 45 minutes during the week( with a medium-high climb rate ), while reducing carbs and calorie intake. Then enjoy life a bit on the weekends for recovery.  Just make sure she understands that its going to take more than a pill to tone down.
