40 min cardio only 4 times a week right now, gonna try to bring it up to 5-6 times a week..its tough though..down to 223, from 240 in april. im doing 20 min treadmill, 10 min grueling stairmaster, and 15 min recumbent bike..Just taking Designer protein , ZMA, and mutlis. I was thinking about buying some CLA, anyone using this for fat loss? Musclemag had a great write up on it recently.Again, nothing awesome..just a progress pic..Road to 210-200 w/abs.
Bump..213 as of today! -10 lbs in July, since that pic was taken! Im stoked. Feeling good. Thanks for all the encouraging messages.
Sorry Heracles but I would estimate to get to 12% bodyfat and have decent abs you would have to lose 50 pounds at least.
