when trainin no one should ouch the bar UNTIL you start to fail..
sayin that he did seem like he could push it by himself.... because obviously his wife couldnt pull it off him if he coundnt press it.. but hands on the bar help... hands on the bar i could bench a lot more than hands off...
good clip.. but didnt like to see his wife hands on the bar from the first rep

i know ether...
i did state that he does look comfortable pushin the weight...
but i still always think that regardless of who is trainin the bar shouldnt be touched until failure starts to kick in

on ripped to shreds his wife spots him on everything, but it doesnt mean she actually makes that big a difference.  jay has perfect form on those...

im not sayin in his case she does make a big difference...
im sayin.. that i personally... dont think anyone... should touch the bar until failure kicks in... its just the way ive been taught to train...
im not disputing jay is a strong  guy i have numerous dvd's of him trainin.... i like his volumn traning approach... im a volumn guy myself...
