Exactly.

Natural + Hard work + Shitty genetics = a lot of gym bodybuilders who could never compete successfully

Natural + Hard work + Good genetics = Good / respectable physique, but nowhere near a pro

Juice + Hard work + Shitty genetics = Jacked gym rat who could never become a pro

Juice + lame work ethics + Shitty genetics = a fucking retard / typical meathead

Juice + lame work ethics + Good genetics = Paul Dillett, Flex Wheeler etc

Juice + Hard work + Good genetics = The top pros including Mr Olympias

What I'm trying to say is that to be at least a 3rd tier bodybuilder, one needs Genetics (primary), train (at a reasonable level) and juice hard.

Was it Cauchy or Laplace that proved these equations?  ;)

He's got the "thousand yard stare" a lot of older bodybuilders get, whats up with that?

Bro, take it from someone who has walked both roads.  While on gear I was able to train waaaaaaaaay fucking harder.  Recovery is 10x what it is vs. being clean.  If I were to train with that level of intensity now, I would be burned out inside of 4 weeks.

That's not to say that there aren't a bunch of lazy mother fuckers who rely on drugs/genetics to build impressive physiques.  Paul & Wheeler come to mind.  But, for you to assume that everyone who is on gear is lazy, sloppy, undisciplined, etc. is stupid.

When  it was time to train--specifically for a show--Wheeler wasn't lazy--get it straight.

Flex Wheeler was a top pro.

No question about it. But if you look at him in the beginning when he turned pro, his training intensity and consistency was right up there, which is why he looked incredible in 1993, without synthol etc. But later on, his work ethic dropped down several notches, which, IMO, is why he missed out on winning the Olympia or placing higher like how he did in early 1993. The thing with Flex is, his genetics (structure and muscle volume wise) were pretty incredible even for the Pro level, and that picked up a lot of slack for his less-than-stellar work ethics.

didnt Paul have a low myostatin level or something? I know he used steroids, but i heard his myostatin levels were ridiculously low and that made him grow bigger than even the most genetically gifted pros. Yes he is weak in some things but i also heard he was a demon on the leg press

his legs dont look too bad, but his upper body will need to get tighter than they are at this moment. He should consider doing the Masters. Paul doesn't belong to the current Olympia lineup anymore, his best days are behind him for good.

in 4 weeks  these pros undergo dramatic changes.remember ronnie coleman almost looked in his olympia shape in bfto 2002 at 275lbs.that footage was 2 weeks prior to the olympia.and on stage at the olympia 2002 coleman nearly lost 30lbs and looked too depleted.so in pauls case it could be the other way around..

How do you guys know so much about who was lazy and who wasn't, Did you actually spend time with these dudes., or are you going by rumours from their competitors? What gives dudes?

Some of you seem so sure Flex was lazy, based on what? where? who?
