It keeps the stress on the chest through the whole set. once you lockout, the stress is on your elbows/tris.

Thats what everyone mistakens as 1/4 reps. When your that big and you're doing sets that keep all the stress on the muscles your working it may look like your doing shitty reps but you really are doing all thats necessary to get the muscle to grow.

He doesn't do full range movements though. A 500Ib squat might seem impressive but his watered down half version is the equivalent of a 100Ib full front squat.
Him and and all the other posing arsehole pros would get kicked out of an olympic weight lifting gym.
Can these twats exist without a mirror or a camera pointing at them?

his thighs go to parallel during the front squats and below parallel during regular squats.  pretty easy to see that.

"Parallel" means that the hip crease is at the same height as the knees. Ronnie's squats are well above parallel.

I have said it before and I will say it again.  Ronnie Coleman is one of the strongest men in the world.  There are others who are stronger but not many and he may very well be the strongest overall bodybuilder on the planet. Give the man his due.

Chris....you have to admit....the guys form is...well questionable.

Strong - no doubt.  But I've seen a few of his DVD's & I am amazed on how sloppy his form is.  Maybe some people can train with the crappiest form & they still can continue to grow.

He trains no differently than the vast majority of the massive bodybuilders out there.  How many pros have you seen train in person especially the truly massive ones?  I have seen several and they all use a shortened ROM due to their incredible size.  I think the form is a result of the freakish size.

I truly have no problem with his form when he trains.  If you use massive weights like that you are not going to have ultra-strict form.  Period, end of story.

i noticed this about alot of pro's, arnie included, it may look sloppy but i guess the work is still being predominatley by the muscles so there is a difference between so called sloppy form and useless dont grow injury prone form.

DON'T HATE BECAUSE YOU CAN'T SQUAT SHIT OVER 100 POUNDS WITH THOSE PENCIL LEGS.
SO FAR AS OLYMPIC GYM WHICH I KNOW YOU DON'T WORK OUT IN NOR COMPETE IN THE SPORT...HE WOULD NOT ONLY BE WELCOMED... THOSE SOBs WOULD BE IMPRESSED SINCE HE DOES REPS WITH THAT KIND OF WEIGHT...
NOW AS SOON AS YOU GET OVER YOU JEALOUSY AND FINISH JERKING OFF TO THE VIDEO...COME BACK TO THE BOARD WITH SOMETHING DECENT TO SAY!!!
