i lost 12 pounds of fat in a month and kept all my muscle, no shit.  not a ton of wwiirreeyy energy with this stack, but if you take it past 6 pm or so it WILL keep you up till midnight or so, just not tired at all.  them both three times a day.  half a thyrotab 3x a day the first week, a whole tab 3x a day the next two weeks, 1 1/2 a tab 3x a day the last week.  if people could all afford this stack, no other fat burner would sell shit.

I just bought two units of each. My wife and I are both going to give it a try. I will let you all know the results. They should get here by wednesday, so until then i am happily bulking  ;D

dont know about the best but easily the most effective...dnp kicks your metabolic rate 50% compared to eca which is like 3%.

ive seen guys shed 20-30 pounds of fat in 2 weeks.

Where do you buy DNP?  I had trouble finding it on google.

dude, dont try dnp, no bullshit.  it is highly effective AND highly dangerous.  i posted the gaspari stack and not dnp for a reason.  you will do very well with the gaspari stack.  give yourself every advantage and eat six times a day, no hi gh carbs after 8 or so, yaddayaddayadda.  you know the deal.

Thats a bold statement, the old xenadrine was the shit!!!

the old xenadrine was the shit, ill agree.  the new hydroxycut SUPER hardcore is even better though.  but the gaspari stack is SO MUCH better.  but alot of people get of on the energetic, shaky feeling from ephedra, and the gaspari isnt like that, so many people think it isnt working, till three weeks later when they've lost ten pounds.

I wish people wouldn't even bring up DNP because there are enough dumbshits floating around out there who would try it.  ::)  Anyone looking at this board and looking for a "fat-burner" has no business even hearing about it.

I agree the stuff is way too dangerous.

Rev XP is a good fat burner, as is ThermoDynamX. I've used those two brands over the last few months. I was taking ThermoShred, but the last week, I was feeling nauseous. When I stopped the ThermoShred for one day, the nausea disappeared. I can deal with the itchy scalp stuff, but a tummy ache isn't good at all. The bottle warns of abdominal discomfort, so I may back off for a while.

In the mean time, I've switched to Hydroxycut Hardcore. Right now, I'm on day 3, and I'm taking the product as instructed on the "tolerance" chart. From what I've read about HH on other supplement review boards, the key things to watch is jitters, possible lack of sleep and red bowels (from the dye).

My Supplements arrived today.  Two bottles of Gaspari's 3 degree burn, and two boxes of Gaspari's Thyrotabs.  I took one of each yesterday, and today. Its true you don't feel all gittery, but you do feel slightly focused.  Unlike Ephedra in which I would feel like I am only burning calories when I am on the Ephdra high for 5 hours or so, this stuff makes me feel like its working round the clock.  Its almost like I am pissing out all my fat.  I took a few pictures before I started taking the stuff.  I will post some pictures after a week or so.  Thus far I am amazed. Way better than any Ephdra based products I have every taken.

good luck bro.  due to the nature of the produst, the label states it may take 5-7 days to feel the full effect of the product.  let me know hoe it goes.  good luck again.

it isnt an "easy way".  it is about giving yourself an advantage.  i give supplement advice based on the assumption that they will diet and exercise and that will be the catalyst for most of the fat loss.  but a little help never hurts.  what is wrong with giving yourself an advantage, especially if it works?  have you never taken a creatine supplement?  is that an "easy way"?  take your holier than thou bullshit elsewhere.

EXACTLY!! The supplements are about getting the most bang for your buck, maximizing your training and dieting efforts. That's why I use them. As far as the brand I'm using right now, it's Hydroxycut Hardcore. So far, so good: No lack of sleep (provided I don't take them before a workout, as I workout late afternoon, after the job), no jitters, and no red bowel movements. The handles are putting up a fight, but they're going away.
