Here is the thing that makes no sense if this guy actually owns the gym.

If Yates sold it to him then what does Dorian care if this guy expands it, closes it, turns it into a brothel or whatever? He would have gotten what is was worth when he sold it and moved on, even if he happens to still train there.

I think this was show. They did this to make it seem like Soerel and Holleeder are unfriendly with eachother.
