What's the details about taking these simultaneously?
I've read evidence showing the cell volumising effects of creatine are killed off by the duertic effects of the EC stack.
Then I read other evidence contradicting this....
Anyone had any experience mixing the 2?
Also: CEE or mono? Which do you prefer?

Anyway, you can mix the two - but why? You would want to take caffiene before a workout to get energy. You want to take creatine immediatly afterwards when your body is proven to absorb more nutrients.
Also, I don't think it matters the type of creatine taken, but I do believe CEE is tougher on your kidneys for some reason. I think because it's "esthered" or something...
