Guys, get it out of your head that Dexter is symmetrical just because he's small.  Give credit where credit is due - his conditioning is among the top five in bodybuilding history but his structure leaves much to be desired.

Shawn Perrine did comment that his name was up there among other bodybuilders currently competing in terms of being the best for symmetry (along with Melvin Anthony and Troy Alves), but I disagree.  I think Shawn of all people should know this.  However, he was spot on with Melvin and especially Troy.  Dexter has a lot of flaws that I can go into in terms of his shape - it really isn't anything special.  So no, his weapon against size is not symmetry, but conditioning.
i agree with you entirely on this assessment of dexter,best abs in the business? give me a break

I personally saw Gustavo guest pose at the Florida this weekend and he looked sharp with no gut and thick as a brick house.


How much did he weight around do you think?
