Are you sure there isn't some BF between you and the Bench.  I bet you could get lower if you followed Flex's 93 O prep.  He was pretty lean before that one according to Billy Smith, or at least what Jim Quinn reported that he said during a telecast of a big contest that year.

no some things aren't drugs, like Jim quinn or calipers.  Jim quinn is a person, and caliperrs are a BF measuring device.
