Wrong as in: "You smokin crack"-wrong
Cheri Lane is in good shape, looks to be approx 17-20 % BF (females are a few % higher than guys).
If she lost 20 lbs she would be hard and near-contest shape IMO.
And Cheri Lane has nowhere near the mass of Rachel Delish McLish.
I still believe Cheri Lane has done a great transformation, and she will probably keep on improve.
And I also believe that she's training with high reps, which is effectively preventing her from putting on the muscle mass she needs to be competitive in fitness.
My guess is that Cheri Lane is pumping away at 15-20 reps in mostly machines, when she should be pounding compound excersises in the 6-10 ( 8 ) rep range.
