Dude, be careful. You're 48 hours out from the show and you've cut water, already popping niacin (which many only do at last minute), and you're tossing in red wine. Now the sauna? Be careful man. High school wrestlers have F'ed up their bodies just by mixing creatine with saunas. You don't wanna shave 20 years off your life for a trophy.
I don't cut water until tommorrow afternoon. Today I do 1 gallon, tommorrow is a half gallon.
If you plan to compete, you gotta do what's nessesary but I was never in danger as I'm taking 99mg of potassium every 2 hours to prevent cramping. I was holding a lot of water under the skin and I had to get rid of it, end of story. I chose not to go back to using gear or use the cutting stack I formulated and do the show drug-free so I have to do things the old-fashioned way which is very difficult to do.
