On my way to light heavys

I still got a long way to go but I am gradually putting on size...about 196-98 right now....
I am still a fatty at the moment..no pump in these pics...I look a lot harder with the pump of course...

Nothing special

squats
leg press or hack
leg ext.
stiff deads
leg curls

Lunges near contest time

I do lift legs very heavy though and I think that is the main key...Also deadlifts helped out a lot too..

Yup I inject then sit on the couch eat donuts all day and I just grow... ::)

THanks for clearing up that im not natural and ending the huge debate... :-*
