Looks somewhat scrawnier there in contest shape. Chick was great in his younger days, approx a few years ago was his prime.

he disappears in his front double bicep because he crunches his abs down instead of doing a vacuum. he also holds his shoulders too high and over rotates his humerus so that his elbows are too far back.

the front double bi is all about the arms and the lats. the abs don't have to be crunched down - it's obvious if you are lean - crunching the abs down makes the lats disappear big time...

If he keeps on growing,he will be O someday.
Because his waist is freaky tiny.
Even if he use tons of insulin and his waist grow,his waist still stay way smaller than other guys.
That means very much.
