I believe Ronnie has gotten as high as 330 in the offseason.

maybe chad felt he could reclaim his 2003 shape, but even then he was not as heavy as he was last night.

Thats why he lost this O. I mean, not only Jay looked better this year, and had a super back, but all that xtra weight too away definition from ronnies insane back....also his hammies and glutes werent shredded like they used to be...thats how Ronnie would slay the competition every year....with that insane coniditoning coupled with his world class mass.

Hulkster I believe Chad is a big reason why Ronnie keeps trying to come in so big. Chad's answer to everything has always been bigger is better. It's incredibly hard for someone Ronnie's height to come in that big and still be conditioned I think Chad has always wanted to say he was the one who had the first 300 pound Mr. O. I hope Ronnie goes back to work and tries to come in next year around 270-275.

i'd say 330. He needs to be at 280s like 03.  300 makes him look less defined and that is how Jay beat him.

Jay works with Chris Aceto as a second eye during contest prep.

Ronnie shrivals (if you can use that word for him) down to around 270 because remember he takes a break for about 3-4 months.  When he goes on for this year Chad said he got up to 325 his highest ever.
Yesterday he competed at 300 for the first time but looks like crapola.

So can we officialy blame Ronnie's loss on Chad?
