he'll probably try to lift too heavy and tear more muscles, then lie and say he's injury free again.

Maybe Ronnie shouldnt have taken 4 months off from training.  Kevin Levrone got away with it but he was never Mr. Olympia.

Anyone thinking Ronnie will retire after LOSING the Olympia's got rocks in his head. He'll be back bigger and better next year bringing a lot more interest, publicity and dollars (the judges aren't stupid) with him.

If you saw it or have watched the tape, Ronnie only beat him in the front double biceps pose, everything else went to Jay.

If he comes back, he needs to get the sliced and diced conditioning he displayed in 2003/2005; he looked watery from the back.  It was not entirely surprising that he lost; he was huge but something funky was going on with his body.  His back, once dominant, was only average.  I believe the arthritis that affects his left shoulder has severely compromised his training ability.  If you look at pics from just last year to now, there is some obvious degradation.  Compared to 2003, there is at least a 100% decline.  I don't think he needs to come back.  If anything, he needs a year to heal and get clean.  If healthy, he can make a run in 2008.  Although I prefer Vic, I feel that Jay has got it for a couple of years till Vic or Heath take the crown.

no one has seen Phil against the big boys yet .. so please stop putting that pressure on him. 2007 will be interesting to seee how he presents hmself against the likes of Dexter  and anthony and the X...
