TRAINING ROUTINE FOR MELVIN ANTHONY!
« on: October 01, 2006, 01:47:41 PM »
I want to see our boy Melvin become ruler of the Olympia title! Let us hope he has what it takes to become legendary and bring back symmetry and proportions to the sport.

Melvin your first most obvious weaker point is ofcourse chest. Here is what you need to do. Train chest everday along with back and legs. You will need to do 20 sets of each bodypart rest paused heavy and heavy negatives for day one. Day two you will continue with RPs and do lighter weight for higher reps with different hand grips. And keep rotating back and forward for a whole month of this. Once you gain 10 inches on your chest/back you will be able to focus on axiliary muscles such as shoulders arms and especially calves!

Calves do 20 sets of 10 reps on day one. 10 sets of 20 reps on day two. 5 sets of 100 Rest paused reps on day three. and repeat.

Tell us all the wonders my program will create for you.

I don't want anything in exchange but your friendship.

Good luck real ruler of the Olympia throne!
just push some weight!

Ofcourse it is pretty big.. for the average trainer but the mr. Olympia level is on a whole other level. His chest needs to be elite and by the looks of it even the smallest competitor(david henry) has him beat on that.
