Um, YOUR article says it effects the metabolism. Who said that weight training didn't? No noticeable difference? And you used to do track? So you're saying your heartrate doesn't change and that you don't sweat and burn more calories than you would, say, sitting there posting on the boards for an hour while eating ice cream? ::)

Burning calories through exercise and RMR are two different animals.

Doing Cardio and Weight Training give about the same benefit on Metabolism which is not much at all.

I choose to do weights and no cardio as doing cardio will have no added effect.

Wow. Just wow. Think before you post, it'd save you a lot of trouble. Do you just enjoy being totally wrong, or do you have some kind of OCD where you can't help being wrong all the time?
